Villa Sunset consists of a large living area with open kitchen, 4 bedrooms each one with his own bathroom,  2 Guest extra wc's, 1 play room with additional sleeping possibilities. An amazing outdoor living area face the wonderful panorama with an al-fresco dining area, outside kitchen with bbq and an infinity pool overlooking the Aegean sea and the beautiful garden.

Our villa is the perfect holiday residence for families and friends looking to relax in comfort and luxury on the beautiful island of Paros.
The house is built on two floors on the hill and is distributed over approximately 300sqm. offering all modern amenities and comforts a guest might require.
The villa has its own private electric gate and entrance with a parking spot for three cars.

Through the front door you enter the top floor where you have a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a tv, a dining area, and a workspace. The individual remarkable interior design aims to make you feel like you are in a boutique hotel individually made for family and friends. Special things have been collected by the owner to underline individual living quality.
The living room flows into the open plan fully-equipped kitchen, where guests can prepare their meals whilst enjoying views of the sea and the outside living areas.
On the same level you will find a guest bathroom and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bedroom opens up to the terrace and offers views of the pool, garden and the sea. Wake up with a view.
The living room and the kitchen are equipped with large windows that open as doors to the terrace, thus giving a wonderful feeling of openness and access to the outside living areas. All doors and windows in the villa have mosquito shutters.

The lower floor of the villa contains a play room with a tv, a WC, a utility room with a washing machine at the guest disposal, as well as three more bedrooms.
Guest room 1 comes with an en-suite bathroom with two sinks and full shower, a queen-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe and access to a covered patio that leads to the lush gardens and offers sea-views from the bed.
Guest room 2 has twin beds, a walk-in closet and the en-suite bathroom features a full shower and two sinks. Guest room two also leads to the covered patio and offers great views of the garden and the sea.
Guest room 3 comes with a fold-out sofa that converts into a queen-size bed with full mattress and a small en-suite bathroom with a full shower.

The terrace has two levels. Upper level and lounge area.
The lower level offers an al-fresco dining area with spectacular unobstructed 180° views of the sea and the port of Parikia. Guests can prepare their own dinner in the outside kitchen with full bbq. The dining area is covered by a wooden pergola, offering shade from the Greek sun. Every evening guests will enjoy the breathtaking and romantic sunset over the Cycladic sea.
The infinity pool area is located on the lower terrace level and offers sun-beds and three grand parasols, making it easy to enjoy pool days at the villa whilst enjoying the overwhelming views of the surrounding area and the sea. The pool contains salty water thus avoiding chlorine and making it a real pleasure to dive and swim.  

The villa is situated 5 minutes by car from the center of beautiful Parikia, and 2 minutes from the sandy beaches of Marcello and Krios, and beach clubs like Arodo, Cabana etc - anything you want and need for a marvelous holiday. It is protected from the sometimes heavy northern winds (meltemi) by the "Delios" sanctuary mountain behind it.

In Parikia you find beautiful boutiques, restaurants and super markets.
