Welcome to Villa Erica! A beautiful traditional Cycladic house with a dreamy pool 30sq.m. 

Our pool uses a Saltwater Electrolysis System. This means that instead of using harsh chemicals, the pool uses natural salt to produce chlorine through electrolysis. The result is cleaner, softer water that’s gentle on your skin and eyes- and environmentally friendly too. Enjoy your swim! 
Pool’s total depth is 143cm. 

Relax and unwind by the pool
Our pool area is a little slice of heaven, thoughtfully designed for comfort, style and relaxation. Around the water you will find 4 sun loungers, cozy bean bags and a beautiful built- in sofa, perfect for lay
ing back with a book or a refreshing drink. There’s also an outdoor shower for your convenience. 

It's a 2 leveled house, 137 sq. m. with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 wc. It's fully equipped and has a private garden and a parking area. In the front, the house has a big porch, from where you can see the view and the garden/pool. From the backyard, where the main entrance is located, you can enjoy the view of the mountain while you can sit on the small porch that includes a dining table and 3 built couches. 
Entering the villa, on the ground floor there's the main sitting and dining area, the kitchen (which is fully equipped with all the electric appliances) and a WC. There's also a lower level with an extra sitting room and a fire place, built with stone.
On the upper floor you can find the first bedroom with two twin beds. On the first floor, there's the master bedroom, the bathroom, the laundry room, and the other bedroom with a fireplace and an excellent view of the sea (it doesn't have its own door, but it is separated with black out curtains). There's also a balcony on the upper floor where you can enjoy the beautiful view and the moon at night with a glass of wine!
