Villa Avra is a 4 bedroom villa in Paros with private pool. It is located in a privileged position and a short distance (1500 meters) from cosmopolitan Naoussa, closed to famous beaches (Kolibithres, Santa Maria, Ambelas) and enjoys majestic sea views. This unique 4 bedroom holiday villa combines contemporary aesthetics with the traditional Cycladic design in a unique and sophisticated way. It overlooks from Naxos island from one side and Kolibithres bay on the other side. Around the villa you will find fresh organic vegetables and fruits and you could taste them during your lunch or dinner. The villa's exterior is very spacious, with a lot of lounging areas, marble dining table under traditional style pergolas and a stone oven/barbeque. You will also enjoy the sun and our outside Jacuzzi with a couple of sun beds.
Villa Avra has been designed perfectly and consists of 3 levels (lower level, ground level, first level). The main entrance (ground floor) of the villa opens directly onto a spacious living room with a big window (like a portrait) viewing the sea. There is a three seat sofa, 2 armchairs, a table for your drink, a flat screen TV and Hi-Fi. There is also a dining corner and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. A hall way connect this area with a full bathroom with bathtub and a double bedroom with queen size bed, a well decorated wardrobe and a patio door that exits to a balcony with unlimited views.
From the hallway stairs lead you up to the master bedroom (first floor) with double bed, a closet and en suite bathroom with shower, a ceiling fan and a private huge terrace with chairs and table with panoramic views.
The lower level is approached either the interior steps from the ground floor or a main entrance. From the main entrance of this floor you enter on the sitting area with the dining corner and the open plan kitchen. The living area is equipped with 2 two seats sofas, a flat screen TV and Hi Fi. From the living area a door leads to a double bedroom with queen size bed, a dresser with mirror and a large closet for your clothes. A patio door exits to the terrace.
Another door lads to a second bedroom with queen size bed, a dresser with mirror and a closet. This bedroom is attached to a separate office corner with PC and a small library. Internal stairs with a door connect you with the upper floor (ground floor) corridor and bathroom.
A third door leads to a smaller bedroom with double bed. This bedroom has no windows and it is used as an extra bedroom in case you have extra guests.
All 3 bedrooms are serviced from two bathrooms with showers.
The house has marble floors, wooden ceilings, all windows and doors have screens. The building is built with a bioclimatic technique that lets the air flow constantly and keeps cool temperature even the hot days in the summer.
