Villa Olivia, a luxurious modern villa located in a magnificent olive grove near the mountain village Kostos. It has been built in a large plot of land of 4.000 sq.m with beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. It is an ideal location with quiet atmosphere. The villa is naturally protected from the wind as it is surrounded by 3 mountains but facing the sea and Naxos Island. The villa is plenty of olive trees, lemon trees, roses and many other local flowers.
Entering to the house you will be in a sunny hall which leads to the main veranda with white wooden pergola and a built in large table with sofa and chairs. At the left side of the hall there is a well decorated and sun-drenched living room with the open plan, fully equipped and modern kitchen leading you to the terrace with pool. Next to it there is a WC and storage with laundry facilities. The villa has 6 bedrooms (5 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor) and each of them is individually decorated and has a private bathroom. The first double bedroom (Mykonos room) has access to the pool area and sea view. 4 steps down there are 2 other bedrooms Toscana and French room, both with access to the main veranda and garden with roses and sea view. The fourth bedroom (Golden room) is at the right side of the main entrance. This beautiful room has access to veranda with pergola. The fifth bedroom is an outdoor and independent room with double bed (Purple room). At the first floor there is the master bedroom with open bathroom, private huge veranda with lounge area, incredible sea view and view of the entire valley.
The spacious outdoor area consists of the dining area under a romantic pergola that gives shade during the day, the barbecue and the generous pool. If you want to relax for a few hours, the meditation place, which is a bit remote from the house, is the perfect place to visit and to enjoy the beautiful nature. The exceptional lights around the villa make sense during the night and you have romantic and relaxing holidays
