Description

Poseidon Villas is a 9 villas complex built at the edge of the rocks at the west side of Paros facing to Antiparos and the Aegean Sea. The villas are built in a modern Cycladic style, combining comfort and traditional aesthetics. Our Cycladic complex is built on a 9.000m² plot of land and a minimalist style is to be found all around the premises. In the premises, you will find a yard, a swimming pool terrace with a pool bar, tennis court, table tennis, parking space, safe box and heliport.
The surrounding area has just a few sparsely built houses and just 150 meters away, there’s a sandy beach with clean waters. This beach is protected from the north wind and it is a unique refuge to enjoy your swimming. In this beach you will find a traditional tavern with delicious food where you may dine by the water. Except from this beach, there is a second cute little beach a few minutes away. You can also make long walks or bike through the hills to see the sunset from different angles and visit the peaceful country churches nearby.
 
Every villa has 2 levels. On the top level of each house, there’s the kitchen, a dining area and a sea-view living-room with television, opening to a shaded veranda with undisturbed view. The kitchen is semi-separate from the dining area and offers full-size stove and refrigerator, ventilation, big counters and cupboards, where you will also find necessary cooking and dining equipment. In the living room there is a single sofa bed for one more person.
On the pool level, each house has the bedrooms and two bathrooms that have built-in shower, following the traditional style.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
Sitting at the shaded verandas you will enjoy your meals and you will feel as if you were in the sea with unobstructed view of the Aegean Sea.
The Cycladic decorative style is distinct all around the interior and exterior spaces.
 
Our villas are 5 km away from the port of Parikia and 6 km from the airport of Paros.
Bus routes are quite often and the bus stop is at around 10min walking.
Our villas are in short biking distance from the port.
