Their secret is the very close proximity to the sea with clear water and a protected bay from the wind in a peaceful and private location but also closed to many facilities and Pounda beach which is the paradise for the Kite surfers and wind surfers.

Traditional Sea Front Villa 7 is located only 60 meters from the sea has been built in one storey with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it is suitable for 8 guests. It is a tastefully decorated villa in a Greek island style. The main entrance leads you to the traditional stone floor living room with fireplace and 2 build in sofa beds (could sleep two more people). There is a step and then you will be in the open plan kitchen and dining table with access to the back side veranda. At the right side of the living room there is a hall which leads you to the bedrooms and bathroom. The third bedroom has a separate and independent entrance out of the house with its own private bathroom and AC. The outside spacious and large terrace provides a covered, private veranda with table and chairs for relaxing holidays.
A small pebble beach with a bathing jetty is available for you and a second beautiful beach with sand and palm trees is in a short walking distance and you could also find a nice restaurant so as to enjoy your meals during the day.
