This exclusive resort is situated in a low density and quite area just 2km away from cosmopolitan Naoussa, which is the second biggest town and the centre of entertainment of the island. The villas are located 500m of the wonderful beaches of Filizi and Xifara, where you can swim under any weather conditions. 300m away is the organized beach Santa Maria, a famous surfing beach with sea-sports and beach bar.
In a short distance you can find ranches with ecological products from where anyone can supply them. Boats leave frequently from the harbor to visit the nearby beaches of island where boats are the only way to gain access.
In Naoussa there are all modern facilities for a pleasant stay with many bars, clubs, traditional and modern style restaurants and all kinds of shops.
The resort is ideal for family vacations with a big common swimming pool, big land and only 500m away (6 min on foot) from the sea (beach with water sports, wind surfing etc).
 
VILLA NAXOS
Villa Naxos is a beautiful and comfortable holiday home very close to the sea and only 6 minutes away by car from Naousa.
It consists of 3 levels.
At the ground floor there is the main entrance of the villa which leads you to a nice decorated living room and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern comforts for a pleasant stay. In this level there is also one of the bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room has access to two outside areas. The biggest covered veranda has pool and sea view with staircase that leads you to the garden and few meters after the common swimming pool.
The first floor has a bedroom with en suite facilities and verandas with pergola from where Naoussa’s gulf, Lageri beach, Santa Maria and Naxos Island can be seen.
The lower floor consists of two bedrooms for 4 guests, 2 bathrooms, a living room (in this area we could add three single beds), a storage and an outdoor space. At the left side of this level, there is the bedroom with en suite facilities and at the right side you will be at the fourth bedroom and the storage. From this level you have also access to the yard and the common swimming pool and through an interior staircase to the ground floor.
The villa also provides its own parking space with wooden pergola which is suitable for two cars.
