Exceeded our expectations in every possible way! Place was sparkling clean, host professional & friendly, location perfectly situated between Naousa and the capital yet very close to Kolymbithres beach! Thank you for a 6 star experience! Will definitely recommend and visit again!

We were so pleased with all the living accommodations . The house was perfect for our family. We had a mix of little kids and teenagers . The location was perfect and super close to Naoussa. We would definitely stay here again.

What an absolutely perfect experience! Paros is gorgeous. Villa Rosebay is absolutely lovely. And Nikos and his team at Booking Paros are simply the best. All of his recommendations were excellent and most helpful. At Villa Rosebay, we were greeted by a lovely basket of wine and snacks. A couple of days later, Mary left us a delicious cake, and the following day we found farm-fresh eggs on the table. It is a lovely place, quiet and peaceful yet close enough to everything. And clearly a lot of thought went into everything, from bandaids to beach towels all at our disposal. The house was not just clean, but was then cleaned twice during our short week stay. Nikos advised us on car rental, ferry tickets and even boat tours. And he checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. How could you ask for more! We only wish we didn't have to leave.

This house is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything was exactly as it looks in the pictures. An unexpected bonus was a cleaning crew that came in mid week while we were out exploring the town. They cleaned the entire place, changed out all of the linens and towels, and even left us a cake! This place is incredible. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in Villa Rosebay which was beautiful. The owner Mary was very helpful and lovely. She took us to the villa on the first day and was flexible meeting us even though our ferry was delayed. She provided us with some goodies and wine when we arrived. Very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The villa is beautiful. It is very close to Naoussa (5 minutes by car). Close to some very gorgeous beaches. It is quite isolated with gorgeous views. The house is very well looked after and in very good condition. It is very big and comfortably fits 6 adults. The pool is lovely. The terrace overlooking the pool is gorgeous. We ate many meals out there. The house also has a bbq and pizza oven which we did not use. The kitchen is well equipped. All towels and linen is provided. A washing machine is available. Mozzie and bug coils provided and very useful. Booking paros was also great and we were very happy with the service. They sent us a guide on Paros which was very useful. Thank you all for a great stay. We will definitely recommend the villa and booking paros website to others.

The villa was really nice and clean and well organized. Maria has been very kind with us and always available when needed. We spent lovely days in Villa Rosebay and in Paros. Only one suggestion: a better placing of the patio (to be more sheltered by sun and wind) would be recommendable. Arrivederci Paros! We loved to be there. Cristina & Friends August 2017

Tres belle villa sur les hauteurs de Naoussa, avec vue magnifique sur la baie. La maison est propre et bien équipée, et la piscine est parfaite pour accueillir tout le monde. Il faut compter 5 min en voiture ou scooter pour arriver en ville. On like et un grand merci à Mary pour son accueil et son gateau.

Villa Rosebay was a wonderful place to call our home while exploring beautiful Paros. Mary, the owner was very helpful with dining recommendations and any questions we had. This was the last two weeks of our European vacation. Even the three teenagers didn't want to leave this great villa!

Paros is a beautiful and wonderful island. Villa Rosebay is a beautiful and comfortable home has it all with attention to detail both inside and out. We spent two perfect weeks.
