Niko took such great care of myself and fellow travelers. He helped with rental car, local markets, restaurants, spas, things to do. But honestly, the house was so gorgeous we spent most of the time there looking at views from the pool! Perfect sunset views every night, direct view of Anti-Paros, and within minutes of getting to anything you need. So much space, extra blankets, views from all rooms…it was perfect! Cannot wait to come back!

The house was lovely, more than we expected. And all the service was awesome., more than we could have asked for. It was a bit hard to see from the pictures how the house looked like but we were gladly surprised (it was probably due to all the terraces outside)! There was one of the 4 bedrooms that was less satisfying than the others since it had a bunk bed and not much of a window but all the other 3 bedrooms was fantastic with direct connection to the terrace. The view was amazing with all the sunsets with you can see from the pool. The pool was alright in size and clean. The only bad thing about the house was the bad and bumpy roads to get there. For about 1,5 km from the main road the roads was really bad and the taxis would not go there. Therefore you are dependent on renting your own car. We got help from the attendant who drove us one night but gladly we had cars for most of the week. Thank you for a lovely week!

We had a great time in Paros , one of the best places in Greece to spend your holidays. BLUE COST VILLA 4 is a fantastic villa by the sea with the best views and the magycal sunsets everyday !!!! It is a magnificant house with all the service you need , Harry helps you inn everything you need and takes care and makes sure everything is OK . The Villa is a 10..... one of the best places you can stay in Paros , near everywhere and with a wonderful beach only 15 mn walking or 3 mn by car....just fantastic!!!! with lovely and good greek taberna . Paros Luxury Hospitality is a great company that takes care of you during your holidays and make sure everything is good with good recommendations . The best service I have had ever !!!! really I recomend !!!!

The Villa is an exceptional property with great views of the sea and the island of Antiparos from across the bay. The house was immaculate. The service provided by the Irene and Harry was efficient and effective. They were very accommodating to the fact that we had with us a 2-year-old child providing the few basic items that were necessary (a gate for the staircase, a child chair, and a large baby bath sponge for the bathtub). There was ample parking in front of the villa as well as in the back. I will recommend this property to anyone who loves serenity of the location and great views.

WAY above our expectations, the house is beautiful, the deco is sober and very stylish, perfectly equiped, several terrasses to comfortably relax, a dinning area that stops the time while seating with friends and/or family. Harry and his wife took very good care of us and accommodated kindly our schedule! There is a walking distance beach (6mn) which is one of the nicest I’ve seen in Paros, very quiet with a restaurant. Another beach 9mn walking distance as well very nice. I left the best for the end, the pool and the breathtaking view on antiparos and a not crowded sea channel. You have the impression to be alone in this world. I can only recommend this house and we will for sure come again hopefully every year! Thanks to Nikos for his kind help for the booking and professionalism and a special thanks to Katerina the owner of the house who has been so kind to us! By writing this review a lot of great memories comes back!
