The house was even better than we had expected. Inside warm and nicely decorated but outside even more beautiful with a garden and swimmingpool, nice terraces and corners with beautiful flowers. We didn’t want to leave. Although in a very quiet area it is only a 5 minute walk away from the center of Naoussa. The owner of the house was very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Villa Athina in August 2017. We were a ground of 6 French people in our late twenties. The Villa was exactly what we were looking for our holidays : lovely house with AC, private pool, nice garden with barbecue, sun loungers, but also some privacy while being located in Naoussa. Because to be honest, the location of the house was just great (5 minute walk to the center of Naoussa). The house was very clean and is very well equipped (washing machine, dish washer...). The cleaning lady came twice a week, so it really felt like the house was always super clean. Also, before and during our trip, Nikos was always here to answer our questions and it clearly made our stay perfect and stress-free! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a lovely summer house with a pool right in the center of Naoussa!

We spent a lovely 9 days at Villa Athina, which met and even exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do justice to the pretty villa. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived and the lovely Nella came by to change our linen and clean twice during our stay. Our two teenage children shared the little apartment at the back of the house which allowed them to sleep late in the morning. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were so happy hanging out at the villa that we ate in regularly during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms very spacious. The outside area is the star of the show! The kids loved the deep pool as they could safely dive and jump in. The area around the pool is spacious and comfortable with nice sunbeds. The outdoor dining table is well shaded, we spent a lot of time sitting around it! Nikos has been fabulous since the very first email right through to our departure from Paros - thank you so much! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Athina and Booking Paros.

Villa Athina was an amazing rental property for our family. We were traveling with adults and teenagers so we wanted to be close to town. This was in walking distance to the town center and also easy access to the beach. The house itself had a wonderful pool that we enjoyed in the afternoons after the beach. The bedroom setup was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice to cook in and it has a very nice outdoor dining area above the living room. All bedrooms and the living area have separate air conditioner units which was very nice. The photos don't do it justice...it's even nicer in person. we were very happy and we will definitely rent this property again!
