We had an amazing stay at this villa in Paros! The hosts exceeded our expectations and were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The villa itself is a true charm—beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. Everything was perfectly clean, and the included cleaning service was a great touch. Communication was smooth and effortless throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Paros!

Villa Joy is a very nice place to stay: great location on the island, outstanding view and high level of comfort. Villa Joy was perfect place for our stay on Paros. Paros Luxry Hospitality made us feel welcome immediately from our arrival. Valsiki met us at the port, helped us with securing our rental car then then gave us an entire tour of the Villa. When we arrived at the Villa we were greeted by a very thoughtful welcome basket full of local treats from the owner. The Villa was beautiful and clean. The views of the mountains and near by islands were absolutely incredible. We loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the view after a day of exploring. The location was perfect for exploring nearby towns of Leftkas, Naoussa and west coast beach towns. Valsiki was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had during our stay. A beautifully private villa situated in the center of the island! We would definitely stay again!

We had the most impeccable stay at Villa Joy; a beautiful villa in the most stunning location with panoramic views, a huge outdoor terrace with a shaded dining area, a gorgeous pool and lovely surrounding garden. It was in a very tranquil and private location and every morning we woke up to a breathtaking landscape. Inside, the villa had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable (the only 2 things I would recommend adding are a full-length mirror and some hooks in the bedrooms/main entrance area for jackets and hats etc.) Nikos and the team provided a very attentive and professional service and helped us extensively at ever stage; the cleaner even went above and beyond and left us a home-cooked Spanakopita!! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend booking through PLH. Thank you!

Paros est une île de rêve pour des vacances en famille et restera pour nous un souvenir joyeux et extrêmement heureux. La villa Joy a beaucoup contribué à ce sentiment. Nous sommes une famille de 5 avec 3 enfants ( 21, 18, 12 ans ) et chacun a adoré cette maison louée en août 2019 - Tout d abord Vasiliki de BookingParos, présente à l aéroport pour nous accueillir avec sourire et patience ( avec europcar ce fut un poil compliqué ! ), nous conduire à la maison, nous expliquer toutes les consignes. Et idem avec Nikos venu nous chercher en fin de séjour. L’agence est toujours à l écoute, très disponible pour vous indiquer les bonnes adresses sur l île. Efficace, disponible, à l écoute , des pros ! - Ensuire l’emplacement de la maison, ce dont on ne se rend pas forcément compte en réservant, très central sur l île de sorte que tout est à portée rapidement : Lefkes, Piso Livadi, Naoussa, Parikia. ... et toutes les activités possibles : équitation, kite surf, planche à voile, plage, marche .. - La maison d une belle architecture locale domine la mer et les collines alentours avec une vue à couper le souffle, même nos enfants étaient hypnotisés et répétaient tous les jours « quel bonheur d être là avec cette vue » et le jardin d’oliviers, cactées, romarins, lavandes est immense - la maison est très pratique et facile à vivre et la terrasse une vraie pièce de vie avec sa piscine à débordement et son coin repas ultra agréable. Un vrai bonheur de rentrer « chez soi » tous les jours - l’extrême gentillesse du propriétaire est à noter : un panier d accueil ( très fourni ) pour se restaurer à l arrivée, un plat typique déposé un autre jour, des melons et des desserts une autre fois.... des produits ( shampoing, produits de douche etc ) tout cela en plus de l équipe de ménage ( adorable ) qui vient 2 fois par semaine ainsi que pisciniste et jardinier. Un Book d accueil avec bonnes adresses de restos, de points d intérêts. Du jamais vu en termes de gentillesse, de bienveillance et le souci permanent que tout se passe au mieux. Enfin l île est pleine de beauté, il est facile de circuler même en plein mois d août, les habitants sont d une grande gentillesse. Je recommande en particulier : - la balade à cheval Thanasis Farm, tôt le matin, avec baignade des chevaux dans la mer. La jeune femme qui organise est une crème. - le kite surf, plage dédiée à côté de Parikia, - la sortie en mer d une journée avec Captain Ben : un gros bateau qui vous balade dans les plus beaux lagons, apéritif sur la plage et barbecue pour tous, on est nombreux mais ça ne se sent pas et l équipage est au top, la nourriture très bonne pour une somme bien moins élevée que les autres concurrents. Il est facile aussi de louer un bateau pour aller jeter l ancre dans les lagons aux eaux limpides autour d’Antiparos. - Visiter Antiparos bien sûr et sa grotte, ses maisons à l architecture ultra contemporaine, - La plage Santa Maria, la plage d argile de Kalogeros pour un masque de beauté gratis , Naoussa, ses ruelles, son port et ses restos ( Sigi Itxos, Barbarossa, Siparos un peu plus loin ... ), resto Arado vers Parikia, Lefkes si jolie, Piso Livadi si mignon etc etc etc, on pourrait écrire un roman sur tout ce qui est beau et plaisant à Paros.

We stayed in villa Joy in Kostos in September 2018. The villa is beautiful and very well maintained. We were looked after very well, including the meeting at the airport and the maid services.
