I and my family spent two fantastic and relaxing weeks in Villa KIRANOS. First of all thanks to Nikos. He was very responsive, serious and professional both before our departure and during our vacation. He has always been available. The description of the house on the website matches the Villa perfectly. Indeed you have a pleasant surprise: the Villa is better than the photos! It was so well equipped (you have all you need), roomy, elegant, well-tuned and cosy. We loved to eat on the terrace facing the sea surrounded by flowers! Thanks also to Villa Kiranos’ owners for their kindness and hospitality. We felt like we were at home!

Very nice Cycladic villa, well furnished in a perfect status. The common pool is never crowded, very big and ideal to stay after the beach with the children. The external private ground terrace is amazing with a stunning view on the Aegean see and the island of Naxos. The famous Golden beach is at 5 minutes walking distance, where we found both space for your own umbrella and sunbed for rent together with restaurant and bar. The central position in the island is conformable for the beaches on the east coast and to reach the 2 main cities (Proikia and Noussa) in 15-20 minutes by car. Strongly suggested for a 4-5 person family with children. The owners were very kind and available to support us for everything.

We stayed in this lovely villa in Paros for 3 weeks (July 10th, 2021 - July 31st, 2021). The villa is an 8 minute walk to the best beach in Paros, the Golden Beach. The villa itself was perfect for a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids), it was very spacious and beautifully decorated in a Greek style beach villa. The outdoor seating area was our favorite part of the villa, with incredible views to the ocean and was very spacious to sit, relax and have lunch outside. It also has great lighting outside to have dinner as well. It has an outdoor BBQ and Pizza Oven, which both worked great as we used them several times during our stay. The villa also has a large private pool shared by only 5 other villas, during our stay we were the only ones that really used the pool on a daily basis. This pool was a big saver for us as some days we just wanted to stay home and relax and the kids loved swimming in this pool. The location of the villa is perfect, close the beach and also less than 5 minute drive to the supermarket, bakery and a good pizza restaurant. Naousa our favorite village (best restaurants, shopping, nightlife, boat trips, etc) in Paros is about 25 minutes away. There's also a very close beautiful port village called Piso Livadi that is less than 10 minutes, it has some of the best Greek seafood restaurants. The actual villa itself was perfect for a large family like ourselves. It has a queen sized bed for the parents and 2 rooms (one in the basement and one in the loft, each of those has 2 single beds that was a perfect size for our children (ages 11, 9, 7 and 4). It also has 2 full bathrooms. Everything works well in the villa from the oven to air conditioning to the washing machine to coffee makers to the WiFi (which was a strong connection). They had a cleaning service that came to the villa twice a week, which was a huge help, they changed our bedsheets and gave us all fresh towels. The best part of our villa experience was our amazing hosts, Vicky and Stelios. They were super friendly, they met us at the port of Paros, helped us with our luggage and we were so pleasantly surprised when we found a few things in our fridge for us (water, juices, fruits, milk) as well as cereal, honey, jam and Nutella. This was so thoughtful of them. They gladly showed us around the area the next day, they took us to the local supermarket, bakery and butcher. They made reservations for us a couple of nights at restaurants they recommended. They also found a babysitter for us one of the nights to stay with our children in the evening while my wife and I went to dinner. On our return to the port of Paros (30 minutes away) they again helped us with our luggage. We got incredibly lucky with an amazing villa, at an amazing location, with amazing hosts. We highly recommend this incredible gem of a villa in the perfect location in Paros. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
