The location is perfect where it is 3-5 apartments from the main beach walking street, and close to a landmark church. But still set back enough where it is totally quite. And it is at the beginning of the main beach walking street so taxi or car can be accessed easily from the south end of Paroikia by the Cine Rex movie theater, thus avoiding lots of traffic in central Paroikia. The apartment is super clean and is virtually new. The big bonus was the roof top deck where you can see the water and get a glimpse of the sunset if your lucky, while sipping some drinks. The bathrooms were spacious and water pressure and temperature was strong. There is a full size kitchen with large fridge to keep your drinks cool. We never cooked (why would you need to when so much food is close by) but only had coffee which they provided some Nespresso capsules. The hosts very accommodating with great communication and helped with reservations to local restaurants.

Great place in the middle of town. Suprisingly quiet! Really enjoyed the sun terrace.
