It is our third booking with Booking Paros. We usually correspond with Nikos, who is such a sincere and very reliable representative of Booking Paros. He takes care of transfers and helps out in so many other smaller issues that might come up during a stay.
This particular house is located a bit in the sticks and maybe not that comfortable to reach in the beginning. Since renting a car on the island is crucial anyway, you easily get used to the bumpy road driving up the hill. However, with the remoteness also comes the advantage: total privacy and a stunning view to the bay. The house is well equipped and serviced twice a week by a lovely couple. As this house is privately held the fridge is totally empty upon your arrival. No water, food or whatsoever. You have to first stock up with nutrition and other basic household items in a supermarket nearby. The house itself is furnished simple and functional. It doesn't offer much luxury, but has a lot of the greek charme that one would normally look for. The dish and washing machine is very useful, so don't take too much cloth with you. The rent during the peak season is obviously high, but we also appreciated the privacy as a family very much.

I want to thank Nikos for its seriousness and its availability before and during the stay. The House fits perfectly with the description on the site. The advice of Nikos (car rental, excursion, restaurant) are of good quality. And paros is a wonderful island!

The villa is very nice and beautifully located. Garden,pool and view are excellent. What is to be improved, is the equipment- like some kitchen utensils and bath towels for the sandy beach were missing. The internet connection was weak and did not function time to time. But overall I would rate the villa, the owner cooperation and the communication with the agency (Nikos) as very good.We had really pleasant holiday.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful zen garden. Breathtaking view overlooking Parikia and the blue sea. The area is very quiet and relaxing. We had a wonderfull stay during our two weeks holiday in July 2015
