1. DIVING AND SNORKELING
Paros Divers opened for their first season in summer 2017. We are a small dive center which prides itself on offering safe, personal and unforgettable diving experiences to our clients.
We offer only private and semi-private dives & courses. We dive in groups of maximum 4 divers.
We are located at Golden Beach on the picturesque South East side of Paros, and are based in Golden Beach Hotel.
We open in March and close around the end of November (depending on the weather). We are a registered PADI Resort & IANTD center, offering all PADI recreational courses from beginner discover scuba diving sessions all the way up to Divemaster certifications, cavern & cave courses, Adv. nitrox (tec dive) from IANTD . We also offer snorkeling excursions for individual apnea enthusiasts or families and friends who want a leisurely afternoon exploring the crystal clear Aegean waters from the surface. We conduct daily dives for certified divers every day to different sites including reefs, walls, wrecks, WWII, cavers and cave, bring your own equipment or rent from us, we carry. Tecline Pro R1 regulators, Tecline backplates and wings, Cressi Start pro BCD’s, and Castoro 5 mm full wetsuits ,Cressi leonardo computers, Tecline open heel fins, 12 liter steel cone cave dive cylinders 2x12lit cone cave twins and 2x7lit twins .
First dive every day in the season at 09:00, afternoon dive at 14:00 & dusk dive at 18.00. Dives are generally conducted from our Viper work line inflatable rib boat, 5.50 meter, 70 HP YAMAHA.

• Only private and semi-private dives.

• Follow strict safety standarts medical questionnaire's safety briefings, guided dives, oxygen and safety first aid equipment on every dive, instructor led discover scuba diving.

Everyone participating in diving service with Paros Divers is requived by law to complete a reristration form with a medical questionnaire. If you answer ''YES" to any questions, you must visit a physician form exam and bring with you a written and singed permission by said physician allowing you to participate in scuba diving. If you think you may have any medical issues, email us before your arrival and we can send you the medical form in advance to complete and bring with you.
2. PRIVATE TOURS

3. KITESURFING CRUISE

Your discovery will be on board the “ALMYRA” Great White 10m RIB and hosted by our experienced professional Captains. We will work closely with you to customize your ideal kitesurfing adventure.
Snorkeling gear (breathers and masks) and towels are provided. Explore, drop anchor and take flight with E F R.

4. PERSONAL TRAINING
CIRCUIT TRAINING
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
Calisthenics is a form of exercise consisting of a variety of gross motor movements—running, standing, grasping, pushing, etc.- often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, so essentially, bodyweight exercises. They are intended to increase body strength, body fitness, and flexibility, through movements such as pulling or pushing oneself up, bending, jumping, or swinging, using only one’s body weight for resistance; usually conducted in concert with stretches. When performed vigorously and with variety, calisthenics can provide the benefits of muscular and aerobic conditioning, in addition to improving psychomotor skills such as balance, agility and coordination.
