I can't say enough positive things about thia villa. it was simply a dream! the same goes for the wonderful Nikos who was super friendly and proactively engaged with me to make sure we wanted for nothing. One of my best villas

The villa was comfortable, clean, and well taken care. The kitchen was stocked with water and a few nibbles, really helpful after a long trip in. We had fresh towels daily for swimming at the pool and the use at the beach. The property manager was very informative and made great suggestions. He was there in a pinch. Paros has it all with beautiful beaches and sunsets, memorable food, great shopping and many wonderful historical sights and this villa was a great place to see it all. I highly recommend Elitas Villas.

Fantastic villa with all amenities available. Pool was great with a nice visual of port and a mature Olive Garden. Location was perfect, central Paros with easy access to all parts of the island. Nikko was a great host that was extremely welcoming and informative to start our trip. He also always made himself available throughout the trip to answer questions or help with bookings across the island. We were a family of 5 with three teenaged children and the villa was perfect for our family. Highly recommend to others looking to visit Paros.

We loved to stay Niko’s place. House was beautiful and very close to everything. We had everything what we need. Super helpful host, definitely coming back.

So many good things to say about our villa in Paros. Great hospitality by Kyriakas and Nikos. They had food, water and drinks waiting for us. The pool is beautiful and we had more than enough towels. The Cleaning service was a bonus and very appreciated. Good location - a little out of the town but quiet. Small roads to get to it. The bedroom upstairs has nice privacy and a balcony. There are lots of place to sit outside. It is a great place for more than 1 family as the villas are beside each other. Would definitely recommend.

Great host who was able to let us check in early and was really helpful with guiding us to the location. Had an incident where the cleaner locked us out by mistake and this was resolved incredibly quickly which we really appreciated.

My family and I couldn't be happier that we booked this villa! Kryakios met us off the ferry and personally escorted us up to the villa. It is a little off the beaten path but WOW is it worth it! The views and the amenities... the pictures don't do it justice! Absolutely fantastic in every possible way. Flawless communication and tireless efforts to ensure our party had a most excellent time while on this gorgeous island. I can't recommend it high enough!

We had an overall great stay at Elitas Villas. We stayed in Villa C, which comfortably accommodated our group of 5 over our 2 week stay. Upon arrival we were greeted with snacks and drinks in the fridge, which was great as we didn’t need to rush to the grocery store right away. Cleaning service was also offered everyday. The villas are in a remote location and a car is necessary to get to and from, and in general helpful to have to get around the island. Naoussa and Parikia towns are both a very short drive away, and we found the location to be central to a lot of great beaches. The villas are all spaced out enough that we still found it to be very private. Would definitely reccomend Elitas Villas for anyone looking to stay outside of the busy areas.

The Villa is nice, in particular the outdoor area. There is a nice view in general and from the Terrasse you even see the sea. Need a car to access the villa. Host was responsive and help with recommendations for cars and boat trips. Good stay.
