Villa Elitas is absolutely fantastic and offers everything that you need. We booked this villa for the 2nd time already as it feels a bit like home. The architecture is great, the view and especially the sunset are priceless. The rooms are very clean and they were cleaned regularly during our stay. The villa is located in a very quiet area and the road to the house is easy accessible….which is not always the case in Greece ???? One other fact that I appreciate a lot is the very friendly and professional service before and during the stay. You get all the important information about the island and they are here whenever you need then. We can definitely recommend the villa and would return again.

The villa was very clean and well organized. All the main rooms had air conditioning, which was nice on the warm days. The pool was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Villa was cleaned daily, which was a nice added touch

Excellent service from the Day we made the reservation up to our departure. Excellent communication, the villa was just perfect, and service received from Bookingparos was just perfect!

Simply put “Perfect in absolutely every way !!!”. If you are going to Paros this is the place to stay, your own private villa with beautiful private pool. From the time we arrived at the Port, Vasiliki met us and made us feel at home. We followed her from the Port to the villa( better than pictured), at the villa she gave us a tour and provided excellent recommendations for everything ( beaches, restaurants, sites and more). The fridge was full water and drinks along with meats, cheese and snacks ( so nice). Vasiliki was an AMAZING HOST and I can’t say enough about how she made our time in Paros memorable! 10/10, a must stay in Paros! Greg

We had a wonderful stay at Niko’s place. We received a warm welcome from Vasiliki who was waiting for us to show the house and who came in person also for the checkout. They were so nice to provide us with a lot of amenities waiting for us in the fridge. The place is exactly as showed in the photos, with a large outside area with a beautiful private pool. We highly recommend this place!

10/10 amazing stay!!! If you’re travelling to Paros be sure to book here!! Vasiliki was so helpful and welcoming, the fridge was full for us on arrival and she sent us so many good recommendations!! The house itself is unbelievable, I will be back!!

Wonderful stay in this very comfortable and well appointed villa in July 2024. Although in a quiet location, the villa is very conveniently located for local restaurants, bars and shops. The bedrooms are slightly small for an otherwise spacious villa and a bit lacking in cupboard pace. The garden and pool are delightful and well equipped and maintained. Nikos and the team at Booking Paros were all very helpful and we plan to book the villa again next year.

Perfect holiday in this house - Very good communication with the rental agency. The house is very well equipped, clean and in a good location. The outside is really nice.
