An enjoyable stay. The property is well maintained and Nikos is very welcoming and helpful. The daily housekeeping and breakfast service were excellent. The property is situated in a convenient place on Paros for accessing local sights. A hire car is a must.

Nikos was a fantastic host! He was in constant communication with us far in advance and helped us set up a car rental. He made sure to explain all the steps and keep us in the loop with everything. He had his co worker meet us at the port where we walked to the car rental. He also had our Airbnb ready by 12:00! Super convenient. Nikos explained everything about the house, had a stocked fridge, provided us with everything we needed and made us feel right at home. He gave us great recommendations for beaches and places to visit. I really wish we had more time to stay at this Airbnb. Nikos also provided us with delicious pastries every morning. He is very friendly, and made us feel like part of the family. Whenever I come back to Paros, I know exactly where I want to stay. Couldn’t recommend it enough! Great location. Clean house. Friendly host. It made my honeymoon perfect. Thank you so much!

most incredible host always there to help with anything we needed. He truly made our trip unforgettable and showed us the island in the best local way. The villa itself was spotless (10/10), with daily cleaning inside and at the pool. On arrival, the fridge was fully stocked with drinks, fruit, eggs, cheese, and more – such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back again!

A wonderful place, the days go by too quickly. Nikos is fantastic, the villa's location is great, the view is incredible, there's a surprise every morning for breakfast, and the fridge is full when you arrive. Greek hospitality has a name: Nikos. And if I had to mention just one small point, it would be that there's no barbecue for grilling in the evening. We'll be back.

Un merveilleux endroit, les jours passent trop vite. Nikos est au top, la situation de la villa est géniale, une vue incroyable, une surprise tous les matins pour les petirts déjeuners, un frigo remplit à l'arrivée. L' hospitalité grec a un prénom: Nikos. Et si je devais juste relever un petit point. Il manque juste un petit barbecue pour des grillades le soir. Nous reviendrons

If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Paros - look no further than Nikos's place. We had the best stay and are already hoping to come back soon. The moment you step onto the terrace and take in the pool and that stunning view, you're left speechless!

The property was spotless with daily cleaning, amazing amenities, a well-stocked fridge, and everything we needed. Check-in was seamless - Nikos greeted us at the port and helped arrange our buggy hire. Communication was top-notch from start to finish.

Nikos has been a wonderful host! Extremely communicative and helpful. I booked my stay with him for my bachelorette party (small group of girls) and it was an amazing experience. The house itself is beautiful and the views were amazing. We all felt super safe and right at home. Nikos was so kind and provided us with local taxi numbers, and suggestions and he also filled the fridge up with water, juices and some wine. He also communicated his availability to pick us up from the airport or port to bring us to the house for check in (and also for checkout when leaving). Nikos is one of the best hosts I’ve met in a while and he made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely come back and stay at his villa again. Paros is absolutely beautiful.

Peaceful - Good for the Soul!
AirBnB needs more stars! Nikos place is 10/5. It is in a great location with beautiful views over the valley and town. We found ourselves sitting and loving the view in very peaceful surroundings. Nikos is a great host, always available to help, he gave us great information on things to do and see, good restaurant recommendations. The Suite comes fully equipped with high quality furnishings and kitchenware allowing us to cook our own meals when needed. We slept very well in the comfortable beds and the morning pastries were a real treat. We will be back in the future, that is for sure. Thanks Nikos and team.
