I was there with my family (wife and 3 & 7 years kids). My experience was amazing. Lets start from the property position: you have everything in 15 mins max drive (Naoussa, parikia port, pounta for kitesurfing, and most of the beaches. The landacape from the property is amazing both during the day and in the night expecially. The property is quite and silent. No roads close to the house...no noise at all. The house itself is wonderful! Very big accomodation with 2 bedrooms and a large kitchen. Fornitures are new and modern style. The house has everything you need. Cleaning service every day was perfect. We also found the fridge full of everything for breakfast: water, coke, orange juice, marmelade, eggs, ham, cheese, fruits, bread, wine, beers, etc. as welcome "kit". You can also enjoy the food delivery from a restaurant in parikia that has an agreement with the property. In less than half an hour you can enjoy your dinner in the garden. The outside part is where we stayed more: patio, garden, swimming pool. We enjoyed everything. Our kids were enthusiastic about it, they were used to start the day in the swimming pool and the last thing of the day was swimming pool as well, with swimming pool in the middle :-). Last but not least, Nikos the owner. What I can say? He is making the difference...it is like to have a friend in town. Everything you need, Nikos can help you always with a smile. He told us everything about the island and what to do, he picked up us at the port, he brought me to rent and return the car, he provided us with a child seat for the car free of charge, he organizeed my transfers in mykonos with a local taxi service, he provided me with beaches stuff (umbrellas, infloatable tools for kids, etc.) and more and more. He is making the difference. If I come again in Paros it will be for sure in this property! Thanks again Nikos for the wonderful vacation.

Very quiet place with a great view on Parikia. The road is a bit special (for some foreigners), but easy to find. It is important to know that there are some stairs and the vicinity with the other renters. The clients need to know that their privacy is not total and they have to share with the others renters life. Inside the decoration is very nice and the service given with the rental is just 100%. On arrival, no stress to buy food, fridge is full just to make you enjoy the place for real vacations.

The villa is excellent, really beautiful and even better from the photos. We stayed 10 days and the area is perfect as it is quite far from the croudy places. The view is incredible during day and night, it is sure that you will stay one night at home to enjoy the view and the wine that the owner offer you. Housekeeping what can I say, I am really strange... and everything was perfect everyday the villa was extremely clean. The owner Nikos is the represent of Greek hospitality his always there to cover all your needs. Last but not least the fridge was full when we arrived, fresh fruits, wine, beers, soft drinks, milk, juices,cheese,tomatoes,eggs everything to cover our breakfast for ten days and as I am from Greece it must be mentioned that all products were from the most famous brands in Greece. It was our best decision to stay at this villa.

The villa is wonderful, even more than the pictures, and the views are spectacular. The villa is clean, very well equipped and with attention to detail. Nikos, the owner, is the most caring host you can imagine! He met us at the port and guided us up to the villa, and he spent time with us every single day recommending which beaches, and places we should visit. Nikos, thank you for the great hospitality and professionalism! See you next summer! Highly recommended!

Paros is a stunning and beautiful island, amazing beaches and nature, incredibly nice people and fantastic food. Nikos apartment made the stay even more perfect, Nikos himself being the most involved and caring host you can imagine. The apartment ist spacious, cozy und provides everything you need for cooking etc. Beautiful and comfy interior design. The pool is great, the space outside amazing with a lovely view over Parikia. Nikos came every day asking if we needed anything. Ideas for activities, secret beach spots, restaurants...he even made watching the Soccer EM in german possible for us! Beeing a father of 3, he was so lovely with our kid! Picked us up at the airport, helped with the luggage, brought us icecream - there a no words for him! We are already planning on vacation number 3 on Paros.

Nikos met us off the ferry as we arrived, and drove us up to the apartment, which is only a 5-6minute drive from the central Parikia port. Once there he helped us with our bags and showed us around the property, plus also provided us with a map of the island and sat outside with us and explained about the local area / suggested beaches & villages to visit etc - it was really helpful and very much appreciated. Furthermore there is a booklet they have put together further describing local beaches & restaurants in greater detail, to really offer some valued local knowledge. The property is well equipped and very clean, very accurately described / portrayed in the listing & photos. There is also a un-intrusive cleaning service daily, making the stay incredibly painless and comfortable - replacing used towels / cleaning the property / making the beds etc. While only a short drive Parikia its not really walking distance due to the winding roads, but after asking Nikos for a couple of taxi recommendations he immediately got back to me with a couple of numbers, one of which we used numerous times during our stay for convenience to go out into / return from Parikia (it was only 10€ one way, and we never waited more than 10minutes). Parikia itself is a fantastic place to explore - lively and a great atmosphere, but not too busy - with a vast number of restaurants and bars to explore, plus decent sized supermarket and a great beach. Would definitely recommend a stay with wonderful Nikos and his lovely family at this apartment - would equally suit a holiday for friends or a family.

Our 2 bedroom villa is absolutely stunning! Nikos, the owner couldn't do enough for us. Met us at the port, arranged a car hire and guided us up to the villa. Once we arrived he spent time showing us everything and also recommended which beaches, restaurants and villages we should visit. He even went to the trouble of shopping for us for our son's special dietary requirements. The property is specious, very clean and has stunning views. The attention to detail is great. Beautiful finish throughout. Well equip kitchen, washing machine, towels, even toiletries including toothbrushes were provided! The pool, although small is absolutely perfect to cool off and the patio area is a lovely place to sit, relax and eat on. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely like to return!

Excellent séjour à Paros. Appartement dans une villa complétement indépendant, très bien équipé, très calme, très spacieux et lumineux, idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. Nikos est une personne très sympa, très disponible, très serviable, qui est venu nous chercher au port à 22h30 et nous a remmené à Pariaka le lendemain matin pour louer notre voiture et nous a fourni plein de renseignements, avant et pendant notre séjour. Réponses au mail très rapide.
